
A Naples man was thrown from his filth bike on Thursday afternoon when he collided with a truck.
Joshua Cavallaro, 20, was driving a 2009 Honda 450 off-road filth bike about 2:32 p.m. when he struck the passenger aspect of a 2022 Ford F450 pickup truck making a left hand flip onto Maplewood Street from Songo Faculty Street in Naples, based on the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Cavallaro, who wasn’t sporting a helmet, was thrown from the bike, struggling head accidents, the sheriff’s workplace mentioned.
He was airlifted to Maine Medical Heart in Portland, the place his accidents had been decided to not be life-threatening.
The pickup truck’s driver, 80-year-old Robert Mason of Naples, advised police he by no means noticed Cavallaro approaching when he turned onto Maplewood Street.
