GUILFORD, Maine — A Guilford man who was stabbed within the neck was transported by LifeFlight to a Bangor hospital on Sunday, in accordance with the Piscataquis County District Lawyer’s Workplace.
Mary Mahoney, who allegedly admitted to the stabbing, was charged with aggravated assault, Assistant District Lawyer R. Christopher Almy mentioned.
The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Workplace was known as to an Elm Avenue residence in Guilford after the alleged sufferer reported being stabbed whereas rolling cigarettes.
When a deputy responded to the decision Sunday, the person was coated in blood and a wound on the left aspect of his neck, underneath his jaw, was bleeding. The person was taken by LifeFlight from Northern Gentle Mayo Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft to Northern Gentle Japanese Maine Medical Middle in Bangor on Sunday night for surgical procedure, in accordance with the district legal professional’s workplace.
