
A fourth individual has been arrested for his alleged position in an April taking pictures that left one other man useless and girl wounded in Portland.
Jonathan Geisinger, 45, was charged with felony homicide and brought into custody at round 8:30 p.m. on Friday evening, in accordance with Maj. Robert Martin, a spokesperson for the Portland Police Division.
